Shanel Mercado is the Nurse Director of Express Home Care LLC. She started as a home health aide herself; while pursuing a career in nursing. Experienced nurse in different nursing disciplines from acute care, home care infusion, sub-acute rehab, assisted living, and most especially in home care nursing. Her passion for serving our geriatric population makes her stand out in her profession.

Chiqui Macalino-Lumanlan is our Operations Manager. She has been a nurse since 2007 and has years of experience in long-term care settings. She is in charge of Hiring, Staffing, and payroll and provides support to our employees' responsibilities including reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new company policies, and maintaining the internal HR system. She is also in charge of handling employee and client complaints and concerns.
